This page is a best-practice template, published so the site has a privacy statement from day one. It has not yet been reviewed or formally adopted by the SAKA committee — treat it as a placeholder, not SAKA’s final policy, until it is.
What we collect
When you use a contact or enquiry form on this site, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number and message. We don’t knowingly collect any personal information beyond what you submit yourself.
How we use it
Submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry — for example, passing it on to the relevant member club so they can get in touch with you. We don’t use it for marketing, and we don’t sell or share it with third parties.
Storage & security
Submissions are stored in our website’s database (hosted on Vercel/Neon) and are accessible only to SAKA administrators and the relevant club contact.
